9 weeks of Keto life

It's been 9 weeks since I started Ketogenic lifestyle. Here is the link → for my 1st week, my 2nd week, my 3rd week, my 4th week., my 5th week, my 6th week, my 7th week and my 8th week. I updated my progress every week but my weight hasn't changed a bit.  Last week, I tried  "Interval" intermittent fasting...(step1) first 3 days of 3 meals a day, (step2) following 3 days of 2 meals a day, then (step3) 3 days of 1.5 meals a day.  I lost about 2 lb after step3 but I gained back about 2 lb after starting step1 again.  Over all...NO CHANGE 😞😞😞

9 weeks of keto

The problem I had last week was constipation.  I need to improve this issue this week.  I will try again  "Interval" intermittent fasting one more time.  If it doesn't work next time, I will try something else again.  Other than that, I had pretty good conditions no headache or any other ache 👍

coconut cream pie

Last week, I tried keto "coconut cream pie" new recipe. ↑  It was two days process and it was worth waiting!  I baked a pie crust for the first and made coconuts cream pie part.  Then, I chilled them for overnight.  2nd day, I made cream part and coconuts.  It's so delicious!  I am always amazed that anything can be made "keto" !  No sugar and no carb!  Amazing! 

f:id:bambilog:20200722032701j:plainMore pictures of some of my meals I ate last week ↑.  I used Keto shake and Keto protein bar for my "half" meal day.  Protein bar is satisfying but it was too sweet for me.  Shake was yum but it was pretty sweet for me, too.  I will study more by book and YouTube.  I am going to have fun this week of keto life ♪  Happy keto life 💘💘💘
