Day 92 of San Francisco Shelter in Life ★ 4th week of Keto Life
It's Day 92 of San Francisco Shelter in Place order. It's a little late recording this week but it's been 3 weeks since I started ketogenic lifestyle . Here is the link → for my 1st week,my 2nd week and my 3rd week. This week, I was bloating and felt indigested the whole week and cramps one morning...yes it was typical PMS symptoms. It was pretty light though. My weight was the same as last 2 weeks, fluctuated a bit but almost the same at the end. Again, no changes...!
I am dissapointed by my stubborn hormones but I enjoyed keto-food as always. It's the biggest difference from other "diets". I don't struggle or fight craving or hunger instead I enjoy every meal. It's already 4 weeks!!! These are some of my foods from last week. ↓
The new recipes I challenged this week ↑ were keto fried oysters (it was a disaster!), keto chocolate chip cookies (these are pretty good!). As well as keto ham and cheese bites ↓. The shapes were pretty messy but tasted pretty good. I started Kombucha , too.
Dr. Berg said that I have to be healthy first to start losing weight. I am still in the process of getting healthy. My main goal now is getting healthy (balanced hormones)!
