Got to bring food to mama

Since Bambi was a little puppy, she always brings her food to me and eats by my side.  She does that one kibble at a time and eats one by one.  Sometimes, she gets satisfied with bringing them to me and abandon kibbles around me.  I feed big doggies all the time (I am a petsitter) and most of them swallow their food up in 5 minutes.  Bambi is totally different from any of them!  Is it normal behavior for tiny pups?

So cute that she brings her food and eats on my lap unless it's soft food...!  I get a smelly lap everytime.  I know lots of small pups have weird habits for their food.  What is yours?
