San Francisco Shelter in Life Day 15 and how can I reach EDD???
It's Day 15 of San Francisco shelter in order. I am working as a petsitter and I have tons of questions regarding corona virus relief due to the job loss. I have been calling EDD office but it doesn't go through. I couldn't even pass the automated announcement no matter how many times I called! Besides, the only available hours for the phone line is 8am to 12pm on M-F...ONLY 4 hours! I really don't get it. At noon...Game over! (sigh)
I will keep trying tomorrow and next day until I can get help. I don't know how many people are going through what I am going through. At least, I have Bambi on my lap the whole time during this frustrating time!
