San Francisco Sheltered-in Life Day 13

It's Day 13 of San Francisco Sheltered-in order.  When it was started, I woke up around 6:30am and slept aroung 11pm or so out of habit.  After my mom in Japan moved to ICU last week, my life style has shifted even more.  I talk to my sister in Japan around 6pm her time (←midnight in San Francisco time) since the ICU visitor's hours are very limited.  Sometimes, the call delays to 1am (SF time) and I can't sleep after call regardless my mom's conditiions.  My life style rhythm is totally destroyed.  It's really not bad though.  My life is on pause in many ways (and so as many people now) so I can be and I have to be flexible.

Sleepy Bambi

From all of this, Bambi is the most affected.  She follows me around all day and walks with me everyday.  She definitely sleeps less than usual.... but also she is the happiest she has ever been!  I am happy when she is happy.  It's really a gift for us to spend time together.  I think of all the people stuck at home have the same opportunity and we should at least embrace that.

California extended shelter in order at least to May 1st.  I don't know if I can be optimistic as today if it extends even more.... but one day at a time.  I am very gratful that all medical professionals, nurses, doctors work very hard to fight this crazy virus.

I also write blog in Japanese.  Here is the link !
