Day 6 San Francisco Sheltered in Life

It's Day 6 of San Francisco Sheltered-in order.  It was a really beautiful Sunday so we (Bambi, Bambi's papa and I) went to Marina where is about 20~30 minutes drive from San Francisco.  It's a very quiet and peaceful spot where Bambi goes to playdate with Ellie. She had no playdate today but many families were out biking, walking there.  Bambi was solo and looked happiest and made me so happy.

I am a petsitter so I walk lots of doggies and take care of kitties everyday but due to sheltered-in order all my jobs are cancelled for at least 3 weeks as well as many future jobs.  I am not sure when everything will be back to normal at this point.  On top of this craziness, Moo's sudden leaving , my mom's decling health and realizing it won't be easy to go back to Japan to see her for awhile...I didn't realized that how all things were affecting my mental health until now.  I found myself cried for small things and felt like crying all the time...everything really is getting to me.

Lots of people are fighting Corona literally including doctors, nurses and all medical professionals.  Many people are going through tough time and I know I can't even compare my situation to theirs.  However, I really need to start taking care of my mental health and walking is one of the best methods.  If you feel depressed or feel hopeless...take a walk.  It might give you a little relief mentally.  It did for me today.
